YGHP Magnetic Air & Dirt Separators
Protect your heating and cooling systems. Improve efficiency. Extend equipment life.
The YGHP Magnetic Air & Dirt Separator is engineered to remove both entrained air and harmful system debris from sealed commercial heating and cooling systems, helping to maintain peak performance while protecting valuable plant equipment.
Designed for commercial applications, the separator combines high-efficiency air separation with powerful magnetic filtration to capture both ferrous and non-ferrous contaminants before they can circulate through the system. By eliminating trapped air and collecting dirt, the separator reduces corrosion, minimises system noise, protects pumps, valves and heat exchangers, and improves overall system efficiency.
As water passes through the separator’s generously sized chamber, microscopic air bubbles are encouraged to rise and are automatically vented, while heavier debris settles at the base for easy removal. An integrated high-strength magnet actively captures ferrous particles, ensuring damaging magnetite is retained until maintenance is carried out via the large drain valve.
Suitable for both heating and chilled water systems, the YGHP Magnetic Air & Dirt Separator offers a simple in-line installation with flanged connections and is ideally positioned on the return pipework to protect boilers, heat pumps, chillers and other critical plant equipment from premature wear.
