YGHP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Interpretation
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and any related agreements:
“Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to the individual accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
“The Company”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to YGHP.
“Party” or “Parties” refer to both the Client and the Company, or either of them individually.
All terms relate to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary for the provision of the Company’s services and/or products, in accordance with applicable laws of England and Wales. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; references to any gender include all genders.
2. Privacy Statement
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. Personal information is collected and processed only by authorised personnel on a strictly need-to-know basis.
We regularly review our systems and data handling practices to ensure the highest standards of service and security. Unauthorised access to or misuse of computer systems and data is treated seriously, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.
3. Confidentiality
We comply with applicable data protection legislation. All Client information and records are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except:
Where required by law; or
Where necessary for the provision of our services.
Clients may request access to their personal data upon reasonable notice.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Communications from YGHP will relate solely to agreed services and products.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company:
Disclaims all representations and warranties relating to this website and its content; and
Excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website, including (without limitation) indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
5. Payments
We accept payment via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and bank transfer.
Payment is required in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
Title to goods remains with YGHP until full payment is received.
Late payments may incur interest at 15% above the Bank of England base rate.
We reserve the right to recover outstanding debts through legal or collection processes, with associated costs payable by the Client.
6. Orders
All orders placed constitute an offer to purchase.
Acceptance occurs only upon issuance of an order confirmation email, at which point a binding contract is formed.
If an order is not accepted, any payments made will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
Goods will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellations and Returns
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing by YGHP.
We reserve the right to apply administrative charges of up to £500, including cancellation fees and restocking charges of up to 90%.
All returns must be pre-approved and received in original condition and packaging.
Failure to obtain prior approval may result in refusal of the return.
8. Termination and Refunds
Either Party may terminate an agreement at any time.
No refunds will be issued for services already commenced or items used.
Refunds may be issued for unused services at the Company’s discretion.
Goods already dispatched are non-refundable unless agreed by YGHP.
9. Availability
Services are available within the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website. Use of the website is at the user’s own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, and logos, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. External Links
The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party websites linked to or from this website. Users access such websites at their own risk.
12. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or governmental restrictions.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These Terms may only be amended in writing by authorised representatives of the Company.
15. Website Use and Liability
Use of this website does not constitute professional advice.
We make no guarantees regarding:
Accuracy or completeness of content;
Fitness for a particular purpose;
Compatibility or security of the website.
Users are responsible for ensuring their own cybersecurity measures.
16. Delivery and Risk
YGHP is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors.
Goods signed for as received are deemed accepted.
Any transit damage must be recorded at the time of delivery and not signed for.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
18. Entire Agreement
YGHP do not accept purchase of HIU components through the YGHP website as warranty or defect replacements. Should you believe your HIU is covered under warranty or manufacturing defect, please contact YGHP directly and do not purchase through the website. Purchase through website waives all rights to claim a HIU or component as a manufacturing defect and/or warranty.
Purchased HIU components through YGHP website do not extend HIU warranty.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. Use of the website or purchase of goods/services confirms acceptance of these Terms.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
