DN20 (G3/4”) Isolation Ball Valve Kit for HIU Connections
Isolation ball valves designed for use on YGHP V2 Electronic Heat Interface Unit (HIU) primary and secondary connections, providing reliable shut-off for flow and return services.
The valves are DN20 size with G3/4” threaded connections on both ends, ensuring compatibility with standard HIU pipework and fittings. The compact body design (approx. 67.5 mm height) allows installation within confined HIU spaces while maintaining ease of operation.
Each valve is supplied with a quarter-turn butterfly handle for quick and positive isolation. Colour-coded handles are provided for system identification:
- Blue handle – typically for cold / return services
- Red handle – typically for hot / flow services
The valves feature a robust metallic body (typical brass construction) with precision-machined threads and sealing surfaces, ensuring durability, leak-tight performance, and suitability for heating and potable water systems.
